Working with the Learning Team at Lakeside, the University of Nottingham’s thriving public arts centre and museum. Comprising 10 days' delivery to community and formal education groups, with 4 days for training and planning. Additional days may be available depending on demand. Applicants should be practitioners with a range of art skills, excellent communicators, with several years' experience of gallery education work.

As part of engage Scotland's Everyone project, Drama Artist Clare Hume has been in residence in Trongate 103 every Thursday in May.

Clare has been working with a group of artists who attend Project Ability's Aspire programme. Aspire is an arts programme for people with learning disabilities; it provides creative opportunities for people with a range of support needs to develop their artistic practice and achieve their artistic goals. This project team have been researching how people engage with the different galleries and public spaces and interpret the work on exhibition within Trongate 103. More...

Two one-day seminars aimed at gallery and artist educators, local authority officers and anyone working with older people who is interested in exploring role of galleries and visual arts in improving health, wellbeing and quality of life. Join us for an introduction to the Venice Biennale's education programme during the opening of the Biennale. A member of the education team will outline the learning programme for the festival and highlight projects already under way. Please note that you must have already applied for and been granted professional accreditation in order to attend the Biennale on this date. This event will form part of the Arts Council Collection's Curator's Day tour.

Saturday 25 June, 2pm
This second event will include an introduction to the Biennale's learning programme, and an interactive drawing workshop led by artist Nicolas Pàris.
