Minding The Gap project

DCA's project, Minding the Gap, aimed to professionalise the role of gallery assistants through a development programme of critical reflection in and on practice. This was achieved through integrating previous audience research with the implementation of Think Tank sessions that invited DCA staff towards shared perceptions of audience development and interpretation practice.
