Photo permission

We ask all event organisers to send us jpeg images from their events. Whenever photos are taken, please obtain the appropriate written permission from participants. It's usually most practical to ask people as they enter an event to sign a form, or if you are working with a group of children unaccompanied by parents, you will need to have obtained permission to use their photos before any are taken.

engage has produced some template forms which you could adapt and use to gain photo permission.

Please refer to engage's External Child Protection Policy for further information, or contact engage on 020 7729 5858.
