engage Scotland's 2012 conference will offer participants the opportunity to hear about recent projects, share learning and take away ideas, knowledge and inspiration.

The conference will reflect on engage Scotland's Everyone programme to improve access to galleries for disabled people, as well as bringing in a range of other voices and experience. Using the Everyone projects as a springboard we will think about how focusing on improving access for a specific group of people can have an impact across the way the whole gallery works - from the boardroom to the front door and beyond.

Visual Arts and Curriculum for Excellence

Curriculum for Excellence has opened the door more formally to artists and cultural organisations to engage creatively in learning and projects with schools. This seminar was designed to support visual artists, gallery educators and others working within schools and with pupils.

The Creativity Portal

The Creativity Portal developed by Creative Scotland in partnership with Learning and Teaching Scotland will bring Scotland's cultural resources and education closer together and support the delivery of Curriculum for Excellence.
