Artists working in participatory settings

engage Scotland represents gallery and visual arts education on the advisory group for ArtWorks Scotland, a new programme to support artists to develop skills for working in participatory settings.

ArtWorks: Developing Practice in Participatory Settings’ is a £1.47m UK wide programme of investment by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation (PHF) with support and funding from the Arts and Humanities Research Council, Creativity Culture & Education (supported by Arts Council England) and the Cultural Leadership Programme.

ArtWorks Scotland will provide opportunities for artists across all artforms to refresh their skills, network with other practitioners and tap into central information about events and courses available to them.

engage is part of the ArtWorks Navigator pathfinder, read more here.
