engage Professional Development seminar series 2010

"A lovely forum for meeting and discussing with colleagues cross sector"
-Participant

A series of seminars aimed at museum, artist and maker-educators, with some experience of galleries or gallery education.

The seminars provided a forum to:

  • Expand core skills and knowledge
  • Explore and develop methodology
  • Discuss and share practice with peers
  • Review recent policy developments
  • Build national and regional knowledge, contacts and networks

Each seminar included two or more specialist presentations, case studies, subject specific briefings, opportunities for participation, lunch and networking. Each seminar was supported by a printed toolkit which reinforces and expands the session theme. You can download these for free below.
