Creative and Credible: Evaluation for arts, health and well-being projects
A comprehensive evaluation and case study training for arts practitioners and organisations led by arts and health evaluation expert Jane Willis, aimed at supporting the sector to develop credible and robust evaluation and case studies.

Early years learning in galleries
An opportunity to hear about and share practice around how galleries are using a range of approaches to engage early years children, in both family and childcare/nursery settings. The day will be jointly led by Engage Scotland and the National Galleries of Scotland learning team.

Accessible Art Practice in Edinburgh
What can people with sight and hearing loss gain from a tailored art project and gallery programme? Hear directly from previous participants about their personal experience of innovative accessible practice taking place across Edinburgh.

Reclaiming monitoring and evaluation
Monitoring and evaluation can be a source of both confusion and contention for organisations, practitioners, and funders or commissioners. At this workshop Hot Chocolate Trust shared their approaches to monitoring and evaluation and suggested that a rethink can make for better work as well as better reports. 

Engage International Conference
The Whole Picture: Rethinking Diversity
There isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ toolkit to address the myriad issues surrounding race, ethnicity, identity, disability, gender and sexuality; these issues are individual and complex. This conference sought to give delegates the opportunity to explore what they do and why they do it, moving beyond box-ticking exercises, being realistic and getting to the heart of often thorny, and sometimes controversial issues.
